Hi I'm Lorna!

If you are here, then you must be searching for some tomato-free options to add to your meal plan! I am glad you're here and proud to share the story of how Paradigm Creations was birthed!

It all started with a salsa craving and a tomato betrayal.


When my husband, Shawn was diagnosed with a food-related inflammatory condition (we’re lookin’ at you, tomatoes), his salsa-loving days seemed numbered. But I wasn’t about to let that chip go undipped. So I got creative in the kitchen, whipping up a tomato-free salsa so good, it sparked a whole new food venture. 

Enter Chi Salsa—bold, tangy, totally tomato-free, and packed with probiotic goodness to love your gut while you love your snacks. From tacos to tortilla chips, it’s the flavor-packed fix your digestive system didn’t know it needed.

After salsa success came the next frontier: pasta and pizza sauces without the nightshade drama. And they’re just getting started...
